council submissions

Approval from the local governing body gets us on our way to construction. These drawings communicate the building’s design compliance with the rules and regulations by which we are governed.

In any relationship, communication is vital. We use technical drawings to strengthen the relationship between idea and execution carried out by the contractor/ builder. It is through these drawings that we give birth to the design in the physical world, and together we nurture it to completion.

as-built drawings

Documenting built structures through drawings (2D & 3D) for a range of uses; local authority approval, alterations & additions or record keeping.

point cloud conversions

Human & The Machine meet as we digitize the built environment through 3D scanning. We process the point cloud information into a working Built Information Model (BIM). This can be used by designers as a base to aid the creative process or as pure as-built drawings.
